IT Officer - JAC Singapore Pte Ltd - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner.
Maintain good communications with all relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process.
Multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests.
Collaborate and cooperate with other members of team, and members of other teams.
Identify problems and issues (technical, process, people) encountered and highlight to the higher levels of management.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all end users.
Manage ERP system and maintain LAN/WAN network system.
Support IT projects regionally.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT industry.
Linux Server Experience will be a distinct advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
