Senior Director - Company Confidential - Hong Kong

Main Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales strategy for the region that is in line with the company's overall objectives for APAC offices.

This is a strategic management position in business operation, sales & marketing, and other functions of the company.

To take up P& L responsibility for meeting sales targets and identifying new large sales opportunities in the region, as well as maintaining key client accounts.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a proven track record of established sales success with customers.

15+ years of senior management experience to run a business, and with at least 10+ years in IT/AV/VC sales management

3+ years of strong track record in sales to F1000 clients.

Candidates must have a strong base of experience in complex selling, detail-oriented, strategic thinker, disciplined, well-organized.

Must have exceptional negotiation skills to close multi-year, high-dollar deals.

Ideal candidates are from USA, UK, and Australia or worldwide, who are willing to relocate to Hong Kong. Those expatriates who are now working in Hong Kong are also welcome to apply

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
