Systems Development Specialist - EBLA Computer Consultancy - Kuwait

Functional tasks
- Analysis and programming and evaluation and control systems software and systems development
- Amendments and additions to the software operating systems
- Application and maintenance of software and data security information management and the ministry
- Development and maintenance of standards for software systems
- Fully prepared to train the Kuwaiti
- Preparation of special studies regulations mechanism
- Technical Report Writing
- Assistance in the application of the confidentiality of information systems and data

Skills
- Sound practical experience in the areas of software such as:
- Experience in Oracle SQL, MS SQL, Access, VB and Java
And health projects, especially
- Must be at least years of experience in this specialty for seven (7) years for the Kuwaiti
- Must be at least years of experience in this specialization (10) ten years for the non-Kuwaiti.

Qualifications required
- Kuwaiti Candidates must Have: Specialist Diploma (college) or higher
- Non Kuwaitis: Bachelor of Computers or equivalent degree in computer
