System Analyst - Yun Nam Hair Care Pte - Jurong East - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Design and develop software projects and be responsible for its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate Management and analysis of issues
Must be prepared to do hands-on on the development work
Ensure delivery of new project or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance to the project plan Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the software application
Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
Manage the risk to the project's successful outcome
Ensure proper documentation of all application development work 2nd level support for inhouse developed system Develop and conduct trainings on IT application

Requirements:
Possess Degree in Information System/Computer Science or equivalent field
At least 3-5 years working experience in IT System Analysis & Design, IT Project Management or IT Consultancy
Working knowledge on relational databases
Experience in managing multiple parties including developers & 3rd party vendor
Extensive experience in Enterprise Software applications, and strong system analysis & design skill
Hands-on in program debugging & building interfaces between various systems (Hands-On Programming)
Strong communication skills, strong project management skills, strong people management skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of users
Strong business analytical and problem solving skills
Good knowledge in database design in Microsoft SQL, MYSQL
Good knowledge in Microsoft .Net, Visual Basic
