DESKTOP/ TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Changi South - Singapore

Helpdesk/ desktop/ 1st level LAN support.
Support manufacturing applications

Requirements:
Degree in IT or Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in helpdesk/ desktop/ 1st level LAN support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in supporting manufacturing software like MES and timely resolving of technical issues in a cleanroom manufacturing working environment
Good background in purchasing, maintenance and upgrading of new software & hardware releases, AV system.
ITIL certification would be advantageous.
MCP/ MCSA/ MCSE/ MCDST/ CCNA certifications are advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service oriented skills
Location : East (Transport provided islandwide at designated MRT stations)
