QA Expert - National Capital Reg - Philippines

Desirable Responsibilities:
Building, managing, and mentoring the QA team (Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies)
7+ years of the IT experience in Quality Assurance
Knowledge of the QA testing methodologies plus experience in the software development and test automation
Experience in working with cross-functional teams providing development, marketing, and support to ship a quality product on schedule
Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing). Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
Strong organizational skills
Excellent follow through skills
Project management and coordination skills
Entrepreneurial attitude. Taking initiative and inviting responsibility; feeling comfortable in an unstructured and dynamic environments
Leadership experience in building and managing QA Teams
