Technical Consultant - Singapore

Provide software presentation, pre- & post-sales technical services and support to customers.
Provide infrastructure technical solutions and support on multiplatform including Windows, Linux, UNIX and AIX.
Work with multiple parties to perform diagnostic and root-cause analysis on required products.
Involve in software presentation and demonstration, pre and post sale support
On job training to take up on new and challenging software and project
Emergency standby is required
Overseas travel may be required

Requirements:
Degree holder in information technology or related disciplines and with at least 4 years working experience
Good knowledge on different OS platforms is an advantage
Exposure in security management, system management and asset management is essential
Preferably with knowledge of application development
Knowledge in IBM Tivoli products and/or Symantec products would be an asset
Proficient analytical skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English
Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Singapore residents preferred
