Senior Systems Analyst - Singapore

To plan, prepare, manage and conduct super user training for IDS’s Exceed Warehouse Management System (WMS).
To be lead projects in supporting new business implementations or technology enhancements of IDS’s Exceed WMS.
To be Country Subject Expert of IDS’s WMS, provide IT directions and solutions on business requirements and daily operation challenges.
Conduct system and integration testing according to IDS project standard methodology.
Maintain project documentation on technical specifications, test scripts, training materials and user guides.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely deliverable and issue escalation/resolution

Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines equivalent.
At least 4 years working experience with 2 years in a similar position.
Demonstrated ability as a team player working with diverse teams of professional peers, consultants and contractors.
Engagement experience in functional / technical architecture design of client interfacing requirements in IDS’s WMS.
Demonstrated solid track record of being a team member of at least 1 large, complex project, preferably in a multiple-vendor environments.
Strong ability to communicate effectively to all levels.
Ability to coach and mentor junior team members & work with minimal supervision.
Very resourceful, dynamic, customer focused, business and result-oriented.
Must have strong written, verbal presentation skills & organizational skills.
Knowledge in any of the below is essential
Oracle DB, Exceed WMS, or competing WMS, etc
SQL 2000 / 2005, Java, Hyperion, Brio
