IT Analyst (ITSS-10-09) - National Capital Reg - Philippines

Responsible for metrics and report generation using Service Desk and other data sources.
Provides metrics and reports and publishes/distributes per schedule.
Provides new solutions for reporting and measurements in conjunction with Metrics Analyst Tier 2 team.
Assists in maintaining Division SLA metrics dashboard and other dashboard tools as required.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, Crystal Report.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
