DBA (Database Administrator) - Singapore

Requirements:
- Manufacturing MNC
- Located in the North
- Permanent Position with good benefits

Knowledge & Technical Skills
-In-depth knowledge in database Oracle (10g, 11g), MS SQL Server (SQL2005, SQL2008) system/architecture incl. High availability database solution
-Exceptionally strong knowledge and experience for SQL database
-Database administration (upgrade, updates), performance monitoring and tuning (Oracle/SQL)
-Database backup and recovery (RMAN for Oracle preferred but not a must)
-MS SQL Reporting/Analysis knowledge preferred but not a must
-Basic Unix/Windows and SQL scripting

Experience
-Over 10 years of experience in a MNC environment
-Preferred experience in Computer Centre or Bank
-Experience only in vendor environment not preferred

Soft Skills
-Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
-Good communication skills

Singaporean or PR
Mandarin speaking preferred - regular interaction with the Data centre in China
Singaporeans or PRs or EP holders can apply.
