Senior Business Analyst - Philippines

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Must have 3-5 years of BA experience
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to follow through. Comfortable presenting project materials to various sized groups.
Must have passion to identify and define problems, solutions, and work with business owners to improve performance.
Ability to evaluate existing business practices & policies in determining most effective strategies.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and ad-hoc query tools.
Confidence communicating openly and interfacing with individuals in a growing e-commerce company.
Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Business Object, MicroStrategy, or Tableau Software a plus
