Responsibilities:
Solutions Specialist (Team Leader)

As a Solutions Specialist (Team Leader), you play a key role in enhancing client's business as the market leader in advanced document solutions technology. You are responsible for introducing the best and most innovative print and document/content management technology and solutions to the market. Your technical expertise in digital printing technology, together with your creativity and innovation, will be a critical requirement for you to succeed in this exciting role.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Innovation Specialists in delivering projects from the conceptualisation of ideas to the completion of industry applications.
Develop new applications independently or as part of a team to stimulate the market and open up new business opportunities.
Work with Sales Consultants to review customers’ requirements and propose suitable innovative applications to add value to customer engagements (both local and regional).
Assist the epicenter Manager in developing business innovation programmes and industry marketing programmes and in managing the day-to-day operations of the epicenter

Requirements:
Graduate Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
Good technical knowledge in digital printing technologies and solutions, and able to apply this knowledge in the area of business innovation and market development
Good understanding of the Print Industry
Possess leadership qualities and able to work in a complex team environment
Able to face challenges and identify opportunities
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software, IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
