Network Architect (Immediate) - Singapore

Collaboratively develop the network architecture strategy for the healthcare clusters through definition of architecture solutions, patterns, and strategy as well as technology trends, technology standards, and application development
Collaboratively work to and refine a set of architecture principles by which the organization defines and measures behaviours and activities
Develop a set of technology standards, particularly in the networking area
Collaboratively work within a defined IT governance process and work to refine and improve that process
Propose an implementation plan towards moving from current technical architecture towards the future state
Evaluate and anticipate impact of technical solutions on related projects and existing or future architecture
Be responsible for reviewing and approving technical projects and designs for any new system development and ensure adherence to strategic direction
Provide the necessary networking knowledge and consultancy to project teams and/or engaged vendors in the design of network as well as review infrastructure of the proposed systems to ensure compliance to enterprise standards and best practices


Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Systems or Electrical Engineering
Min 8 years experience designing and implementing outstanding technology systems and applications
Project management experience is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in systems modelling and design
Extensive knowledge of various design patterns
Must have hands on experience in Planning, Design and Implementation of complex enterprise level networks
Advantageous to have Cisco Certification, such CCNA, CCIE
Advantageous to have working knowledge of MS Windows 2000/2003/2008
Advantageous to have working knowledge on Hitachi and EMC SAN products, Microsoft Active Directory and clustering solution, Veritas and CA backup solutions, Cisco LAN, WAN and Internetworking products and solutions
