Business Analyst - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Develop Business Specifications, Test Plan and User Documentation
Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements.
Facilitate communications between users and developers
Write Business Specifications
Organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing
Liaise with development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT solutions.
Conduct user training, develop and maintenance of user documentations.
Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms 0f contents and format
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Group and Health Insurance Knowledge will be an advantage
Knowledge of UML design model preferred
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Familiar with MS products – Word Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Effective documentation and communication
Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients in China.
