It Helpdesk Immediate Need - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and perform 1st level of support pertaining to end-users enquiry and fault reports
Knowledgeable on MS Office, Open Office applications and Off-the-shelve applications
Experience with windows 2000/XP/Vista in a domain environment
Knowledgeable on Computer Hardware, Software, Printer and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
Able to work under pressure and multi task
Diploma / ITC from any of the local polytechnics or IT related fields, but IT work experience will be considered
Able to communicate well, read, write and speak well
Must be professional, tactful and meticulous

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
1 Full-Time positions available.
