Requirements:1. Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
-To support and maintain the WAN/LAN network links and equipment
-Administration of the Authentication Servers for remote access
-To support and maintain the firewall system
-To source, evaluate, test, recommend and implement network monitoring tools, equipment and network security software
-To maintain the network uptime according to the Service Level Agreements
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Computer/Communication Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CISCO routers, encryptors, HP OpenView, LAN/WAN support
-Pleasant personality, able to work as a team and high commitment to problem solving and network solutioning
-Preferably CISCO certified
-Open to Singaporean/PRs only
2. System Engineer (Windows/Sun Solaris/UNIX)
Responsibilites:
-To hands-on on system and server implementation and installation
-To handle installation and implementation of servers
-To support end users and handle a small team
-To handle system base projects roll out
Requirements:
-Strong in implementation and installation on Windows Server OR Sun Solaris
-Experieced in handling Sun hardware and SAN storage
-Strong in Windows Server 2003 OR Solaris 9/10
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in systems/server administration
-Involved in system based project management
-Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting on systems and servers
-Experienced in Sun Solaris Volume Manager
-Good communication skills
-Minimum Diploma in IT or Electrical/Electronics
3. Desktop Support Engineer (Many openings, islandwide)
Responsibilities:
-Provide support, troubleshooting, adminsitration and escalation for end users PC installation and configuration
-Maintain and update documentations on Desktop services, processes and workflow
-Provide support to VIP
-Training of new users
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year experience in IT Helpdesk/on-site support required
-Good experience in MS Office, Win XP, VPN, Lotus Notes, IE, network connectivity,printer mapping etc
-Able to start work immediately or within short notice
-Open to Singaporean/PR only
-Fresh graduates can be considered
4. Helpdesk Specialist (Many openings, islandwide)
Responsibilities:
-Providing technical support to internal users and clients
-Call centre environment
-Handling of 1st level troubleshooting
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling technical support
-Strong experience in basic LAN/WAN, network configuration and troubleshooting
-Must be able to work on rotating shift (8hr or 12hr)
-Open to Singaporean/PRs only
-Fresh graduates can be considered
