Presales Consultant (Telco MNC) - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Support Sales in customer visits for technical discussions.
Be able to scope customer requirement and translate them into a suitable technical proposal.
Provide good written respond to RFPs and present solutions to customers.
Work with vendors and suppliers/principals to find suitable products and form better/strategic relationships.
Provide knowledge-based technical presentations to internal staff.
Provide direction and ideas for new technologies and conceptualize them into suitable business solutions for Sales.
Ensure smooth transition from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phase.
To customize SLAs when required after accessing the commercial and technical viability of customer contracts.

Requirements:
5 years experience in telco networking, with 2 years experience in presales activities.
Broad knowledge of routing technologies such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, GLBP etc.
Familiar with Telco International and local markets.
Understand WAN technologies such as SDH, SONET, ATM, FR, MPLS, VPLS, other Ethernet technologies etc.
Experience in WAN solutions (NNI, UNI etc)
Familiar also with solutions using WAN-related technologies such as WAN optimization, UTM devices, Load balancers, proxies, Traffic-shaping devices etc.
Experience in VOIP, UC solutions is a plus.
Obtained Cisco certifications like CCNP, CCDP, CCIE etc.
Able to work independently and as well as in a team.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
