Desktop Server Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and plan, co-ordinate and deliver on IT projects for clients
Provide technical training (when required) to client user groups.
Researching new technologies.
Act as a point of contact on complex technical matters for other Engineers within the Engineering Team

Requirements:
At least five years IT industry experience, including at least three years in a server support environment.
Possesses a background in consulting OR is experienced in liaising and advising a small to medium sized internal client group across multiple sites.
Possesses a good standard of education and relevant qualifications, such as an MCSE, CCNA, etc.
A background from banking or financial services sector preferred but not essential.
Able to hands on and not afraid to deal with clients in the financial services market with high expectation for quality and attention to details

Strong working experience (build, configure and support) and knowledge on the following:
Network Topologies and complex routing
CISCO IOS and PIX command languages
Firewalls(Cisco ASA, PIX)
Windows 2003 and 2008 Server
Exchange server 2003 and 2007
