Project Manager - Oracle ERP (up to $80K)
POSITION : Project Manager (ERP, Oracle)
COVERAGE : Singapore & Regional
REPORTS TO : Program Director

Job Purpose :
To project manage a portfolio of ERP application systems in the IT-Corp Programme
Key role is to provide PM leadership in the maintenance of the 3 key Oracle ERP systems on a Regional Level . Oracle Financial, Oracle Human Resource , Portfolio and Project Management (ChangePoint).

Responsibilities:
To manage and prioritise the RSAs, production support and defects from inception to deployment into production
Overall responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and agreed deliverables, which includes planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Responsible for managing all project resources, including vendors and contract negotiation and management
Establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the key stake holders and project sponsor
Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer and takes a lead role in providing, applying and interpreting project methodology
Responsible for project and management of risks and issues and ensures that resources are optimised
Ensures tasks and outputs are completed satisfactorily on time, and in compliance with proposal and established standards.
Reports progress to the Programme Service Delivery Manager on a regular basis
Updates the team with feedback and decisions from the Program Director and Project Sponsors
Responsible for the project repository which contains copies of deliverables, correspondences, minutes of meetings.
Requirements:

Recognised degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5 -6 years of PM experience in Oracle ERP modules in Financial and Human Resource planning
Strong working knowledge & Project experience dealing with Oracle ERP
Certification in CITPM or PMI is a MUST for this position.
Track record in implementing Oracle ERP projects in Insurance Domain is aplus
Able to proactively collaborate & communicate with external and internal teams to meet project timeline and budget
Good analytical, out of box thinker and problem solving skills.
Effective presentation ,communications and proposal writing skills
