Project Manager-Epicor - Singapore

Project Manager-Epicor (12 months contract/ extendable)
We have a position of Project Manager-Epicor (12 months contract/ extendable) position with one of our client based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the project from beginning to end
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans (including resourcing & budget) and associated communications documents
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis including establishing & managing a steering committee
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline with project management certification (ie. PMP, Prince2, CIERP etc)
Possess 3 to 5 years of project management experience
Strong familiarity in Project Management software such as MS Project
Project management experience implementing Epicor for MNCs with multi-language, multi-country requirements in Asia Pacific.
Experience in iScala is a plus
Additional project management experience implementing ERP offerings to Epicor will be a plus.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management
