Head of Networking & Hardware Division is a leadership position within Southtech and the job reports to the CEO. NHD interfaces with a number of highly sophisticated software development and implementation divisions and departments and closely works with them in many projects where Southtech as a unit provides total solutions. NHD can also partner with foreign vendors in large projects within Bangladesh. NHD currently has 45 full-time hardware and networking engineers and professional staff.
Educational Requirements
Educated to at least Degree Level in Science and/or Technology from a reputed university is required and additionally vendor ceritifications would be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
10 to 20 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Sales/Marketing
Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 50 year(s)
Must have significant domain knowledge of Intel-based servers (IBM, Dell, HP, clone), PCs (branded and clones), Microsoft O/S, mass storage devices, LAN/WAN design and implementations using branded equipment and data center design and implementations.
Must have proven track record of technical sales.
Must be able to act as a mentor to junior staff members.
