Technician
Duties / Responsibilities:
To do assembly Computer Systems, including Servers and PC
To repairs, service and maintenance of Servers, PC and Storage Systems
Manages inventory of spare parts
Provide telephone support to customers Conducts field preventive maintenance/repairs or respond to customer’s call requests
Conduct training of Products to customers
Providing 7 X 24 on­site customer support for service contracts customer
Assisting and supporting our sales team in making technical presentations
Requirements:

Minimum ITE in Electronics/Electrical
Additional Certificate in IT would be advantages
Fresh or 1 to 2 years of working experience
A good team player and able to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to multi task & work with different clients
Result ­driven, self motivated, positive working attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.
