Business Change Manager - Jakarta Raya - Indonesia

Hold a minimum of S1 degree from related major with 3-5 years experiences in IT Industry and Business.
Have strong knowledge in business process for IT industry is a must.
To project manage the implementation of all change programmes within Information and Business System
To lead changes of culture, approach, systems and processes within Information and Business System as a result of which staff at all levels of the department and within other directorates retain of processes.
To be responsible for all Change Management activities, to include new business planning, Change Advisory Board (CAB), the production of management information, Request for Changes (RFCs) and a change schedule.
To be responsible for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
To reduce the impact of change on the business.
To define the scope of the Change Management processes, function, configuration to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded.
Preferably from IT Industry.
