Job Description Looking for technically qualified and 2-3 years experienced System Administrator / Helpdesk Support Assistant to become part of IT Helpdesk Team. The candidate should be experienced on: a. MS Windows Server b. MS Exchange Server c. MS ISA Server d. Backup software e. Antivirus/Anti-SPAM Software /Appliance f. Networking g. Hardware & software troubleshooting skills h. End-user support skills (MS Windows XP, MS Office) j. Printers (installation / trouble-shooting) Good communication skill is very much desirable. MCSE Candidates will be highly preferred.
