IT Maanger (Database Management and Solutions) - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing a team of IT Executive in their operations and responsibilities.
Training and orientation to team members.
Involved in pre-sales consultancy activities to understand customer’s needs and make recommendations for the project implementation. Can be for the following scenarios:
i) Recommendations for type of new infrastructure (pc, servers, racks, etc) that suits their requirements.
ii) Enhance efficiency of their existing storage area.
iii) Optimize resource utilization.
iv) Ways to minimise recovery time and data loss.
Hands-on implementation and / or overseeing of IT projects.
Product training to clients.
Servicing and provision of IT support to clients.
Problem analysis/ diagnosis of users’ technical problems (such as data recovery, etc).
Reports preparations.
Basic administration duties.

Requirements:
Minimally a Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, and/or related certifications.
Preference for more than 5 years of IT experience.
Similar experience in IT project management for pre-sales consultancy, hardware and solution implementation, networking, servers, data storage, data migration, etc, will be advantageous.
Candidates with strong IT background but without team management experiences can be considered.

Ownership of vehicle is not a pre-requisite but useful to have.
Strong communication and customer relation skills.
Good ability to analyze and troubleshoot solution problems.
Good leadership abilities to lead a team.
Singaporean and/or SPRs are welcome to apply.

Miscellaneous Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (5 days)
Location: East
Remuneration Package:
i) Basic Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (Dependent on experience)
ii) Transport Allowance: $500 (Negotiable)
iii) Transport Reimbursement: Mileage, ERP, Parking, etc.
iv) Hand-Phone and Broadband: $100
v) AWS
vi) Variable Bonus
