Senior PHP Programmer-National Capital Reg - Philippines

- Candidate should be a senior PHP Programmer.
- Candidate should be able to communicate and interact with our foreign counterparts, specifically collaborating from the seed stage to the conclusion of the whole project cycle.
- Must be able to work during shifting and flexible hours, with primary working hours following US Pacific Time.
- It would be good if applicant has experience with open source software such as: Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Oscommerce, Zencart, PHPFox, Elgg, DotNetNuke
- Bonus skills in Project Management , Design using Photoshop and Illustrator, Flex, Perl, Ruby on Rails
- Knowledgeable in Opensource PHP frameworks such as Zend, CodeIgniter, PHPCake, Kohana, Akelos and unit testing frameworks such as PHPUnit
- Working knowledge in JavaScript Frameworks such as jquery and/or prototype a must.
- Working knowledge in SYMFONY framework a big plus!
- Knowledgeable in subversion, git or any unix based source code control systems
- Has experience creating Web 2.0 enabled applications using the LAMP architecture.
- Experience in UNIX/LINUX administration a must.
- Applicant will be expected to plan, research, develop logic, code, test and deploy several Web projects with minimal assistance. You should know how to build a PHP web application from the ground up, as well as modify and build on existing code. You should know C, PHP, Perl & mySQL like the back of your hand.
- Salary range is from P30,000 - P60,000, commensurate to experience.
- If you find yourself coding in your sleep, you are perfect!
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Perl, PHP, SQL, (any PHP framework), LAMP architecture
* Required language(s): English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 5-10 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
* 4 Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
