This Advertisement is for Desktop Support Engineers to apply with their full detailed resume having good experience on Hardware Trouble shooting, Printers troubleshooting with edge to cater the IT Services with various clients in Dubai and KSA , sometimes projects can be in Jordan too based on our client's requirement hence Candidates willing to work in Jordan or any other country should be flexible to Relocate.

Profile Candidates Should have good hands on experience in Troubleshooting Hardware - Desktops, Laptops, Printers and having relevant expereince from 3 years upto 5 years. ITIL Certification is a great plus Engineers working as Desktop Support Engineers under the ITIL framework guidelines will be given high priority. Certification Good to have : A+ , HP Desktop & Laptops Specialists, ITIL Education : Graduate in any discipline of Computers or Sciences.
