Lead and supervise the internal technical team in supporting end user needs and enhancing the PeopleSoft HRIS (v 8.9) recently implemented.
Requirements:
Essential
At least 3 years of development/implementation experience with PeopleSoft HR software (ideally v 8.9) in a lead role, covering requirement gathering, technical design and development.
Must have strong hands on experience with PeopleSoft HRIS architecture, workflows & reporting, especially in the areas of Absence, Compensation, Self-service/Workflow module and Process Scheduler.
Advanced technical knowledge of Oracle RDMS, SQL, PeopleCode, SQR and other technologies relevant in an PeopleSoft HR implementation.
Bachelor degree or above with major in computer science or related field.
Good interpersonal, presentation and team management skills, ability to achieve results with minimal external supervision.
Desirable:
Familiarity with Java, XML, HTML & JavaScript programming.
Language Skills:
Good command of both English and Mandarin (verbal and desirably written)
