Systems Specialist Jobs - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Provide End User / Client Support on software applications
Work with helpdesk / applications team to troubleshoot related software / application problems
Involvement with Special Projects such as working with project lead, vendors and IT teams to prepare and conduct technical/software requirement study, user acceptance testing, system integration testing and end user training
Prepare and update project documentation such as minutes of meetings, requirement specifications, test plans and reports, user guides and implementation plans.
Provide relevant support to the project rollout and on-going maintenance after the implementation.
Programming and software development

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in providing client support and software development
Must be a team player with at least 2 years experience in requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of Software Solution
Strong background in programming, software development and efficient with SQL Query
Experience in Healthcare application, knowledge on project management will be preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with people at different levels and to work with minimal guidance
