Job Description / Responsibility
•Business Development Manager will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring the accounts of different businesses. Incumbent will sell web products and services to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbent will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of Bit Mascot (Pvt.) Ltd products and services.

Educational Requirements
•Sales/Marketing related academic degree is preferred. Educational requirement can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

•Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
•Age 30 year(s) and over
•Business development experience in IT industry is mandatory.
Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
•Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of •Bit Mascot products and services.
•Continuously update knowledge of web products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Increase presence in the community and promote Bit Mascot`s presence in the community.
•Provide training for new customers, handle equipment issues, enable a smooth transition to the •Support team and reduce Churn.
•Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate Bit Mascot products and services.
•Ability to determine return on investment when seeking and retaining customers.
•Ability to fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools to manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
•Ability to provide training to new customers and handle equipment issues.
•Must have a valid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance.
