Job Description / Responsibility
•Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
•Strong OOAD skills.
•Must have the mindset to code / develop daily.
•Provide design inputs for the solution, help document the design
•Develop software modules and unit test plans. Get the plan reviewed and test the modules
•Work effectively in cross-functional teams to drive clear priorities and requirements for executing against the product roadmap
•Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables
•Identify and escalating issues and, when necessary, pulling appropriate teams together to solve challenge/issue, etc
•Review code and test plans created by SE/SSE members of the team
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
•Candidates should provide their referenced & completed project list with their application.

Educational Requirements
•Academic degree in Computer Science and / or Engineering from reputed University in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements
•Minimum 3 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
•Web Developer/Web Designer, Software Implementation
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
•Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements
•Solid knowledge and experience of using Java/J2EE APIs, patterns, frameworks, best practice architectures, Zend & CodeIgnite Framework, Pear etc.
•Strong knowledge and experience on XML, WSDL, Axis
•Experience of using an RDMBS (MySQL preferred). SQL statements, stored procedures
•Hands on experience on Frameworks, such as Spring(IoC), Spring Web, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, JSF, •Struts, Tiles, Junit,
•Experience with geographically dispersed teams a strong plus
•Experience with agile (e.g. Scrum, XP) a plus.
