Job Description / Responsibility
•Idealizing and conceptualizing requirements for various projects and add creativity.
•To understand & visualize the requirement for various projects & look into creative aspect of the projects.
•Creativity is a must with the ability to visualize user interface designs.
•To foresee timely completion of projects while maintaining highest quality of work standard.
•Ability to work solo as well as a team.
•Designing, implementation and deliver project up to satisfaction.
•To maintain a clear communication between Management & the development team so those •projects remain on track for timely delivery.

Educational Requirements
•Any Certifications will be preferable.

Experience Requirements
•Minimum 3 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
VWeb Developer/Web Designer, Graphic Designer
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
•Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service, Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements
•Must have a minimum of 3+ year experience in web design, Logos & Corporate ID’s.
•Must exhibit an exceptional understanding of the principles of user-centered visual design, •layout, typography, usability and interaction
•Must be Fluent in HTML, CSS, XHTML, and other languages associated with Front End development
•Expert level of knowledge working with the most common tools of the trend (Adobe Photoshop, •Illustrator, and Flash, wire framing and prototyping software)
•Must have experience working with news content, video, photos, and rich media
•Ability to execute websites and Portals from conception to completion.
•Exposure to web 2.0/W3C standards.
•Maintaining highest quality is our top priority.
•Additional knowledge of open source programs like word press, Joomla, Drupal would be a huge bonus.
•Fresher or non talented professionals need not apply.
•We encourage leadership.
Salary Range
TK.20000 - 25000
