Job Description / Responsibility
•Analyze, Architect and Design applications and databases
•Experience with cross platform OS for integration
•Excellent capability to develop & integrate complex project implementation.
•Develop international standard web application using Asp.Net 2.0/3.5 and SQLServer 2005.
•Database Programming using SQL (MySQL is preferred advantage) Server in .NET platform
•Excellent knowledge & practice on MySQL
•Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries and objects
•Experienced with API and OOP in C# /C++
•Habituated with service oriented development.
•Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
•Writes optimized code and ability to run unit tests
•Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
•Candidates should provide referenced & completed project list with their application.
•Programming & coding with Scripting Language(s) and web based technologies. (Asp.Net Developer)

Educational Requirements
•B.Sc in CS/CSE and/or M.Sc in CS/CSE from reputed local or international university.
•Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced and potentially deserving candidates.

Experience Requirements
•Minimum 4 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
•Programmer/Software Engineer, Software Architect, Web Developer/Web Designer, Technical Lead (Software)
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
•Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements
•Outstanding skill in UI management using HTML/XHTML/DHTML and Javascript.
•Comfortable with agile software development process.
•Experience in LINQ, WF, WCF, and WPF including the new workflow-enabled services technology is a strong plus.
•Experience in web based CRM & ERP programming
•Experience in working with .NET based CMS like MS Sharepoint, iceberg, Ektron etc is a strong plus
•Knowledge and experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQLSERVER2000/2005 and client-side scripting •preferably JQuery/ JAVASCRIPT.
•Excellent communication skill in English
•Ability to work under pressure
•Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
•Must be fast learner and a self starter with high sense of urgency
