Job Description / Responsibility
•Complete Web site Design.
•Implement div based CSS with different Browser compatibility for web development project.
•Work extensively with Photoshop.
•Slice and convert psd to css/xhtml with w3c validation.
•User requested HTML Template, Newsletter & Brochure Design.
•Working as an excellent goal-oriented team player (Web Designer/ developer) with existing •Development team.
•Follow established standards and processes to deliver quality web site design.
•Working on under presser.
•Designing website template, CSS, logo, flash design etc.
•Solid knowledge on HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, JavaScript and CSS.
•Must have ability to pick up new technology quickly.
•Need to understand clients taste, business patters and design accordingly, designing flash based sites with extreme creativity, vast action Script knowledge.
•Must Submit Soft Copy of sample work for evaluation on time of interview.

Educational Requirements
•B.Sc in CSE or CS from any well reputed University.
•Educational background is relaxed based on work experience.

Experience Requirements
•2 to 3 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
•Pre Press Designer/Operator, Web Developer/Web Designer
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
•BPO, Design/Printing/Publishing, Development Agencies, ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
•Age 22 to 35 year(s)
•Solid knowledge on HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, JavaScript and CSS.
•Excellent design sense, well-organized, self-directed, able to multi-task and understand the importance of detailed professional-quality work.
•On top of technical skills, creative skills will be used to produce website layout designs, web banners, headers, buttons, icons, images, backgrounds, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, stationary, corporate ID, branding and logos.
•Ability to modify different CMS themes and templates.
•Must have experience in modifying plug-ins and modules for different CMS.
•Ability to work independently and as a team.
•Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
•Outsourcing experience, SEO knowledge is a plus.
