Jobs-in-Job Description: The FileNet Engineer VI will be responsible for engineering and support in an enterprise-wide FileNet environment. This job entails working with and interacting with an assortment of teams during support hours.
In order to be considered for employment, the qualified candidate must meet the following criteria:
* FileNet Application support experience.
* College or University degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and testing skills.
* Solid documentation and communication skills.
Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus:
* IT Infrastructure/Systems Administration experience.
* Solid understanding of web technologies and concepts including web servers, browsers, web application servers, web protocols, etc.
* Knowledge in the area of network technologies, protocols, and troubleshooting tools (TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, HTTP(s), FTP, Network based load balancing, firewalls, DMZ concepts.
* Understanding of UNIX (AIX /Linux/Solaris) & Microsoft Based Operating Systems.
* Knowledge in scripting and automation (PERL, Shell, VBS).
* Experience with client connectivity (MS SQL, MQ, DB2, ECI, ODBC, JDBC, etc.).
