Job Description Looking for a Technical Lead.
Desired Candidate's Profile Profile 5+ years of development and leading experience in J2EE Technologies. Having 3+ year of core development experience over BEA Portal Technologies
2+ years of experience as Lead Architect or Technical Team Leader.
Should have hands on Development Experience over the following technologies:
BEA Weblogic Portal 8.1 (preferably 10.0) development experience is required including development experience over Portlets, Backing Files, Complex IPC, AJAX.
Authentication, Custom Control Development, Springs Integration.
Rigorous development experience on Springs 2.5, Hibernate 3, EJB, JMS, JSF.
Should have Developed/ Coded Web Application using AJAX Frameworks JSON/ DOJO etc. JavaScript, XML, XPath, DHTML.
Must have in depth Knowledge/ Experience of Weblogic Server including its implementation of JDBC 2.0 specification (Webrowset, Connection pooling etc.)
MVC based frameworks (Struts/ JSF/ Servlets) etc.
Documental or Any Content Management system experience is desirable.
Should have very effective Communication Skills.
Must be an Excellent, Motivating Leader with Demonstrable Hands on Development Experience. Must be able to work as Steady Leader under Tight Deadlines.
Should be able to communicate directly to the Client, Gather, Analyze Requirements and create WBS. Any consultation experience would be desired.
