Systems-Analyst-(Production-Support-Siebel-Call-Cantre )-Singapore

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Application Development and Support
Responsible for analysis, design, and testing of Siebel CRM Applications
Responsible for any or all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through to implementation.
Supports post-implementation
Experience in Siebel Call Centre

Requirements:
4+ Years Experience with Siebel Call centre module
Strong technical/functional experience with Siebel 7.5.3
Strong knowledge/experience with Siebel 7.8 is preferred
Experience with Siebel Server Administration and architecture
Experience in multiple full-cycle Siebel implementations and Siebel Upgrades
Experience with interfaces to/from Siebel – preferably using Informatica
