Job Description: We are looking for a Network Engineer to prepare, maintain, and implement a strategic systems program and profile that accurately reflects the installation and security provisions. In addition, the Network Engineer will develop and implement a certification test as required for each strategic systems program.
The Network Engineer will provide assistance with the daily administration including account management for domain and local accounts, hardware upgrades, downgrades, repairs, software installations, upgrades, equipment handling testing and other related duties.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must have an active DOD security clearance
Candidate must have a 4 year degree
Candidate must have 2+ years IT work experience in a DoD secure environment.
Candidate must have 2+ years experience in the following Operating Systems: Windows 2000 (pro and Server), Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, possessing in-depth knowledge of system configurations, user account management, networking, etc.
Prefer candidates with Linux experience but not required
