Our client is a multi-national organization. They are now looking for a high calibre professional to join their Hong Kong regional office.
Degree holder in IT or related discipline
Fluent in English and Cantonese
Minimum of three years experience in regional IT support
CCNA or relevant Cisco experience
Confident at undertaking hardware maintenance at server level
Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007, Backup Exec 11 or above
Extensive knowledge of Citrix Presentation server 4.5 or above, Vmware and ESX, Sophos or relevant Anti virus software, MS Office 2003/2007
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Be self-motivated and able to deliver results under pressure
Occasional travel to Asia Pacific is required
