With thousands of servers in hundreds of networks around the world, they use computational and network power to transform the chaotic Internet into a predictable, scalable, and secure business platform. Urgently seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to be based in Beijing to support the rapidly growing sales operations of its APAC business in Singapore, China, Taiwan & Hong-Kong.
Responsibilities: Own technical relationships with large customers while sharing the accountability of customer base & revenue growth with a team of business representatives.
Design technical solutions, modules & features to enable customer’s Internet strategies
Develop technical sales strategies for growth & success in APAC sales region
Identify new product features and additional sales opportunities during sales engagements and communication of the same to product development and sales teams.
Work closely with R&D and Product Management, to be closely involved with future product direction and strategy. Actively develop and mentor junior staff within the Solutions Engineering and Sales organizations
Requirements: Excellent English Language skills and proficiency in Mandarin
4-8 years total experience, with at least 3 years in a “customer facing” environment such as sales or technical consulting
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience of Software development essential
Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies, such as HTTP, DNS, SSL, etc.
Ability to trouble shoot in complex web system environments
Strong understanding of eCommerce, On-line Marketing, Web Analytics and Security
Experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
Willingness to travel essential
