Education : Graduates preferably B.E/B.Tech /IT .
Experience : 4-6 years
Program Manager.PMP certification & MS Project exp is must, We want good Program Managers with good Service Delivery exp.
Project/Program management, customer interfacing, Experience in handling projects in telecom. Should have core service provider background who can understand the business processes very well intelecom domain.Need to have good understanding of the business processes of telecom service provider network.
Ensure delivery of services against the benchmarked time frame
Answering customer queries, providing quality updates and service .Building a rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service
Co-ordinate with provisioning teams for timely delivery.
Quickly understand the technical and business aspects of the system with minimum guidance.Maintain/sustain the system in steady state and ensure that service level requirements are complied with.Ensure clear understanding of the priorities of the delivery requirements /enhancements .
Interact with Customer/Suppliers where necessary to get clarity on the delivery leadtimes.
Thorough knowledge of telecom provisioning processes .
Generation of Reports and participate in Customer / Internal review meetings
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skil sCustomer Service Skills, Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of telecom technology (IP,IPLC,Frame Relay,ATM) and ability to trouble shoot issues and implement change as needed
Strong interpersonal, effectiveness and teamwork skills to empower, influence and reach resolution with direct reports, colleagues and leaders .
Ability to drive results against SLA performance indicators.
Ability to handle stressful situations
Experience in technical support
Adaptable to changes
Customer Orientation
