Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Must possess 1-2 years experience in IT technical support;
Experience with industry standard software applications and tools eg. MS Office;
Excellent problem solving skills;
Self-starter and ability to plan;
Excellent communication skills;
Results oriented and team worker.
