Responsibilities: To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.
He/She will focus on the quality of service delivery including application availability, performance, support responsiveness and standard operating procedures.
Manage global delivery and support for more than 30 mission critical and complex applications
He/She is responsible for establishing reports and metrics to measure performance against SLA and ensuring that SLA are achieved and client’s expectation are met or exceeded
He/She is required to build service relationship with clients.
To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
Ensure all production systems are adequately monitored and that problems are escalated in a timely manner
To provide reports on an agreed schedule including management and account performance report
Attend client service/review meeting; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
Requirements: He/She must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
He/She must have more than 10 years experience in IT Service Management capacity providing application support in
Preferably ITIL manager certified or experience in ITIL implementation with global/regional organization
He/She must have more than 8 years of managing teams providing application delivery and global support of multiple applications with 24x7 coverage in a FSI industry
Experience in Change Control process, monitoring and escalation issues in production service environment
Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams
Strong customer-service orientation. Works well in multicultural workplace
“Hands-on” attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Speaks fluent English and Mandarin
