PC/Network Technical Support - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Oversee the PC servers and desktop systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance, security, backup, etc.
Oversee the Company’s network infrastructure (LAN and WAN) including administration, implementation, problem solving, upgrading, etc.
Support internal users within the group on matters related to computer hardware, operating systems, desktop software applications, e-mail system, software licensing, internet connectivity, etc.


Requirements: At least 2 yeas hands-on working experience in supporting PC and Network systems. Having an ICT related Diploma and/or MCSE certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of current technological trends in the IT industry, including LAN, WAN, internet technologies, telecommunications, operating systems, PC desktop software, network security and databases.
In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as OS/400, Windows 2000, firewall systems, router, LAN troubleshooting, etc.
Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
