CRM Developer Based in - Cyberjaya

Responsibilities: The role of the Developer is to conduct requirement study, develop, enhancement, customization, modification, support and maintain the applications and systems used. Accountable to analyze and develop report per user request, conduct user training, application debugging and support.
Strong understanding of Call Management and/or Service Desk operating, process and procedure.
Prerequisites: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent. Preferably with 1 or 2 years related experience in Service Desk tools Administration.
Knowledge in .Net application or MS SQL.
Proficiency in Java Script, Java, XML would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge in Windows 2003.
Knowledge in ITIL will be added advantage
Work independently and capable to perform under minimal supervision.
