Responsibilities:
Designation : Business Analyst for BPM project
Location : Mumbai

Education : Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience : 4+years
Capture business user requirements, coordinate requirements work shops
Understand technical / system requirements
Convert business requirements into system / design requirements
Facilitate process driven requirements management, process modeling, simulation, analysis, impact analysis
Facilitate high level design based on requirements, manage requirements traceability till design phase
Hand over the requirements and high level design to the deployment team
Come up with / coordinate feasibility / detailed functional solution based upon business requirements
Identify future scope / requirements for the BPM project / automation, evaluate business benefits and facilitate a business case
Process walkthrough and feed back management
Process documentation
Process support to systems roll out
Facilitate organizational readiness for change
User management and system adoption
Build good rapport with users and system teams
Impart process / system / process modeling training to end users
Identify usability issues and monitor user experience
Participate in end to end system testing
Facilitate user acceptance testing

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Business Analyst or equivalent.

Good understanding and prior experience in telecom process / OSS consulting / process design / OSS design / Process modeling
Understanding of basic telecom network topology, network management concepts
Understanding of OSS concepts
Awareness of SOA, NGOSS concepts
Understanding of eTOM business processes (fulfillment, assurance, operational readiness and billing)
Awareness of BPM methodology
Educational background in telecommunications
Strong analytical skills
